I feel like people can do what they want with their pizza, but personally I don't put condiments on my pizza. When I first noticed & heard about people dipping their pizza in things like ranch dressing, melted garlic butter, etc., I thought it was a little weird, since I'd never done that and hadn't heard about people doing that before..

I like pineapple on pizza though, and some people say they think that's a crime against humanity..

    Nothing too nefarious.
Salad cream is a mixture of oil, eggs, vinegar, and a range of spices and herbs. Salad cream can be compared to mayo but it has a few key differences that set it apart from regular mayonnaise.
I was too scared to try it, but next time I visit one of their grocery stores I'll bring a bottle home.

Years ago, at my first job, one of my co-workers was ordering pizza for us and he asked what kind I like, and I said combination. Apparently he had never heard of that though and he said "what does that mean?"

I've seen it called that before, but it's not very common around here. Most of the time it's called supreme, unless restaurants try to put their own spin on whatever they want to name it to suit their menu better.

I'd never really considered putting ranch or garlic butter on my pizza (and IMO that sounds unappetizing), but when eating a slice of pizza, once I'm down to the crust at the outer edge, I might dip that crust in something like ranch or garlic butter, or marinara sauce.

The best way I can think to describe salad cream is this:

You know how you have mayonnaise in a jar and it's good... then you have mayonnaise in the sachets which is a bit like real mayonnaise but tastes more vinegar-ey and nasty... well if you continue that trend a bit further you get salad cream.
