    But maybe I'm missing the "fidonet echo flag" for the qwk sub-board; I figure out the Gate Between Net Types but have not been able to post back into area. Maybe that is my mistake.

    I think if that flag is not set, then it won't allow FTN traffic to post
    to the area. I have made that error before... my recollection is foggy
    but that sounds similar to the issue I had before I fixed it.
