Hey all--how can I confirm that the automated network call-outs are happening as scheduled? I've double-checked settings but I must be missing something. I can't seem to pick up new messages without forcing a network callout. Thanks!

Check your log. For instance, when calling out to Dove-Net, I see logs starting with "evnt QNET Dove-Net".

Thank you! It looks like I had a packet download since I posted that. Heh! The default call-outs are 4 a day. Is the timing of those just 24 hours / 4 times a day? Every six hours? I think I'll increase the frequency.

Those are REP packet export activity log messages which begin with the message group name. The default/stock name of that message group is "DOVE-Net" (capitalized in that way) but for some reason on your system its "Dove-Net", so that threw me a little. After those log messages, you should see the "Call-out" event logged. That's what the OP was asking about.
